Humuhumunukunukuapua'a

When a language has five vowels (a, e, i, o, u) and 7 consonants (h, k, l, m, n, p, w), words and names are bound to get a little long. So the state fish is called humuhumunukunukuapua'a. If you grow up here, you learn the Hawaiian alphabet and the Hawaiian name for the Trigger fish. It doesn't help much on the SAT (that's that test we all take in high school), but if the SAT were ever to become more culturally and linguistically diverse, we'd be prepared.
